It seems that there is a reignited interest in HP Lovecraft in gaming due to a ton of games being released that uses various themes and motifs from his stories. One of those games is The Sinking City. At Gamescom, the developer Frogwares, shows off a bit of gameplay and explains more about the world that players will go mad in. Here’s the video below:
If I had to describe this game, I would have to say that its LA Noire meets HP Lovecraft, which could be a good thing. The Sinking City is set for a release date of March 21, 2019.
