hen Final Fantasy VII received a remaster (not the FFVII Remake), everyone asked “What about Final Fantasy VIII?” When Final Fantasy IX also received a remaster, everyone asked again “What about Final Fantasy VIII?” When FFX, FFX-2, and FFXII all received remasters, fans started to shout “Where is Final Fantasy VIII’s remaster?” Well after years of being asked, Square Enix has finally anncouned that Final Fantasy VIII will be getting a remaster. At their press conference Monday night, they released a trailer showing what the game looks like. Here’s the trailer that was released below:
What more cab be said than, Welcome Home Final Fantasy VIII. Final Fantasy VII Remaster is set for a 2019 release for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC in 2019.
