One of my favorite game presentations/showcases of the past few years has been the INIDE Live Expo. While indie games have seen a surge of popularty in the past few years, INDIE Live Expo showcases indie games from Japan and other countries. One game that was showcased was child-rearing sim Magical Princess .
In Magical Princess you are a widowed and overwored father that has to guide your daughter Alice through her early stages of life. Tie is precious and every moment with Alice is special. Eevery decidion you help Alice mke will shape her life, from becoming an academic, a pop star or even queen of demons. Watch Alice’s life unfold across hundreds of thousands of words of storytelling, 700 pages of comic-style scenes, 100 illustrations, and 170+ date events. Interact with more than 30 peculiar townspeople, and face life’s twists and turns, leading to more than 50 possible endings. Magical Princess is set for a 2026 release and has a demo out right now.
