The Neptunia sage continues on the PS4 with Megadimension Neptunia VII

As the Hyperdimention Neptunia saga closes on the last gen consoles, a new story is about to rise from the ashes. Neptune, Nepgear and all of their friends will finally be making their first debut on the PS4 in Megadimension Neptunia VII. With a new system comes new features, characters, story an much more. In Megadimension Neptunia VII, Gamindustri has entered in a of social unrest called the CPU Shift Period. During this precarious season, deprecating rumors about the current CPUs have started to saturate and spread around the kingdoms. The CPUs start to worry that the people of Gamindustri are calling into question their leadership and are worried that they might demand new leaders to replace them.

During this dilemma, Neptune and Nepgear suddenly disappear in to a divergent world that is about to meet its catastrophic end called the Zero Dimension. Here they encounter this world’s CPU goddess, Uzume Tennouboshi, as she fights a lonely war against the Dark CPU.

There are several new key features of the game that will be new to the series. These features are as follows:

  • New Battle Features- Characters can link up for stronger attacks, “Parts Break” allows you to split enemies into pieces to lower their stats and disable special attacks, and “Giant Battles” impose limits that will challenge the strategist in you!
  • NEXT mode- A second transformation is now available! You can break those big baddies into bits with NEXT mode, which features new special skills and a new costume for the CPUs!
