Hatsune Miku Project DIVA F 2nd announced for the West

Miku is back and ready for round 2 with Project DIVA F 2nd.

When Project DIVA F was first released on the PS3 in 2013, SEGA was testing the waters to see if the popular Vocaloid Hatsue Miku would be a hit with a Western audience. I mean its not like she already had a huge global fan base with millions of fans, cosplayers and just came off her first hugely successful American concert during Anime Expo 2013. Sarcasm aside, since the an English version of the Vocaloid software was still in development, the PS3 version of the was the next best thing and fans ate it up once it released. SEGA was so surprised with the success of the PS3 version that they went along and released the Vita version earlier this year. It seems that Miku fever is catching on as SEGA has announced that they will be bringing over the sequel to Project DIVA F, Project DIVA F 2nd to the PS3 and the Vita. Here is the trailer that SEGA has released for the game:

Project DIVA F 2nd should be out sometime this summer. And if you are wondering what songs will be in the game, SEGA Japan has released this video on the Project DIVA F 2nd website that goes through the 40 songs:
