After teasing and showing off various screen shots, the Lighting prolouge story DLC, “Requiem of the Goddess”, finally has both a release date and a trailer.
Its been a while since we’ve heard about Square Enix’s extended story DLC since Sazh’s DLC story. Now Square has released information about the release date of the Lighting DLC with a brand new trailer. In the trailer for the DLC, we see a post FF XIII Lighting battling Caius for the first time setting up the story of FF XIII-2:
I personally really like FF XIII-2. And I’ve enjoyed the various DLC Colosseum battles and costumes that have been coming out. So I can’t wait to see how this ties into FF XIII-2.
