As Square Enix is putting the final touches on Final Fantasy XV, many fans have been wondering what about Kingdom Hearts III? To ease their wait for KH III, last year at E3 Square revealed Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue exclusively for the PS4. For those who don’t remember, Final Chapter Prologue is the HD remaster of the 3DS Kingdom Hearts game, Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance. In addition to KH 3D, Square has also inserted in to the game Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep – A fragmentary passage, which features Aqua and Kingdom Hearts χ [chi] Back Cover, which tells the story of the fore-tellers and events before the war of the keyblades. All of this is wrapped up with new HD graphics which you can see in the new E3 2016 trailer below:
Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue will release only for the PS4 sometime this December 2016.
